Arrival & Departure:
Students are expected to arrive between 7:00-7:30pm on Friday and depart around 11:00am on Sunday.
Transportation:
We have rented three 12-passenger vans. Each van can hold 10 students and 2 mentors. This means that 30 students can be dropped off and picked up at Pathfinder!
To secure a spot on a van, students will pay $40 for their round-trip van ride. This optional choice is part of the registration.
All other retreat attendees who are not riding in the vans will need to carpool or have parents drive. Camp Mihaska is an hour away.
BAND MEMBERS: Do NOT sign up for the van transportation! The vans will be leaving Pathfinder around 6:15-6:30pm. You are currently scheduled to have a band rehearsal at 5:30pm (band arrival: 5:15pm). You’ll need to work on carpool options with other band members, or have parents drive you. Dinner will be provided for you.
Van assignments will be sent out the week before the retreat.
Retreat Theme and Speaker:
Our theme this year is “WONDERfully Made.” We’ll explore the importance of friendships, what it means to be a good friend, and the important role our identity plays in being a good friend. We’ll be using the movie WONDER to showcase some of these truths.
We’re blessed this year to have our very own Pathfinder, Sarah Guldalian, speaking this year! Sarah has lots of passion for Jesus, experience in student ministry, and two great kids of her own (one who is currently a middle schooler!). We’re excited to have her speaking!

This code will take $35 off each student registration.
Please only use this code if you have more than one child attending the Middle School Retreat!
If you have a high schooler who is helping with the retreat (band or mentoring) they will be sent a discount code they can use.
