Pathfinder Kids Ministry
If you’re joining us for the first time, you can register your children prior to arrival to save time on Sunday morning.
In our Kids Ministry, we focus on helping kids build strong relationships with each other and with God! Our guiding principle is taken from Luke 2:52, “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”
Through large group worship, small group time, and age-appropriate programming, kids will learn these three basic truths:
- I can trust God, no matter what.
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
- I need to make the wise choice.

Nursery – 5th Grade Only
Biblical Teaching and Interactive Fun for Every Age
Nursery
Infants – 3 years old
Available during 9:00 and 11:00am worship services
With the help of dedicated volunteers, kids experience the trust and security of God’s love by having their individual needs met. Some days, that is different for every kid! Our volunteers love spending the time to figure out what makes each child feel safe and comfortable. During their time with us, even our smallest kids have a chance to hear a Bible story, participate with motions and activities, and get to enjoy fun songs together! They also interact and play with kids in their age group, and receive a snack.
Nametag security, door security, and direct communication systems are in place to give parents peace of mind.
Preschool
3-4 YEARS OLD
Available during 9:00 and 11:00am worship services
In our dynamic preschool program, we want preschoolers to take a first look at who God is and understand that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever! The high-energy large group experience includes dancing, singing and the Bible story told in a dramatic and engaging way. Small group time gives kids the opportunity to build relationships with their consistent weekly small group leader and the other children in their group. The Bible lesson is reinforced with games and activities that help them apply what they are learning to their everyday life.
Our three-year-old preschoolers receive a Bible during a special church-wide Bible presentation. This provides them with their very own Bible at home where family members can read to them every night about Jesus and His love for them.
Elementary School
Kindergarten – 4th Grade
Available during 9:00 and 11:00am worship services
Every weekend, our elementary kids dig into the Bible through fun and interactive ways to discover God’s plan for their lives to thrive. For the large group worship time, kids’ hearts are engaged through a dynamic and creative Bible story, worship, and prayer experience that allows them to become part of the story. During the small group portion, kids build community by gathering in the same small group of 6-10 kids each Sunday to discuss how the Bible story relates to their life and God’s plan for them.
5th Element
5th Graders
Available during 11:00am worship service
Each Sunday morning, our 5th grade students grapple with the tough questions kids are thinking and talking about with their friends. Kids are engaged through high-energy games, team-building activities, and life application groups where they build community with each other and with God.
Special Needs Kids Ministry
Our Play Differently areas include a sensory room, motor areas, and a teen room are available free of charge to help regulate your kid’s sensory needs. This may help enable them to participate in the classroom with their peer-developmental age group.
Whether your child integrates in the classroom or remains in the Play Differently areas, their spiritual relationship with God will be nurtured through Bible stories, music, and prayer.
