Let Us Journey With You

Life can be difficult to navigate, but at Pathfinder Church we want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.
No matter where you are on your path, let us journey with you!

Pastoral Care & Counseling

Do you need to talk? The staff members at Pathfinder are available to talk with you when you need them. Whether you need spiritual guidance, referrals to Christian counselors, have an emergency or would like to request a hospital visit, we’re here for you.

Spiritual Guidance and Direction

Spiritual guidance to get past the difficulties of life is available to members of the community. For more information, email Doug Mauss at [email protected].

Hospital Visitations & Shut-Ins

For hospital visitation and shut-in calls, email Doug Mauss at [email protected].

Companion Visits

Do you or someone you know need companionship? We have a team of volunteers who provide caring companionship for those who are homebound, in senior living or other care centers, or isolated and lonely. We refer to this team as LaVisTe (Lay Visitation Team). We are happy to match a LaVisTe volunteer with you or your loved one to make regular calls and/or visits once or twice per month. For more information or to request a visitor, please email Doug Mauss at [email protected].

We’re excited to partner with Generations Counseling who will be offering their services right here on our campus! You can book appointments directly with the staff at Generations, just let them know you prefer to meet at Pathfinder.

For other referrals to Licensed Christian Counselors in the area, email Doug Mauss at [email protected].

Cancer Companions

Since cancer treatment tends to deplete cancer patients physically, the burden of pushing back fear and despair can feel insurmountable. Christian cancer tools and connections provide cancer patients with a lifeline, dramatically decreasing their anxiety. Cancer Companions are trained volunteers who support people in treatment for cancer, post-treatment, or the families or caregivers of those with cancer in one-on-one sessions or a group.

Pursue a Whole Life at Pathfinder Church

The church was founded in 1851. Over the years, we’ve discovered timeless truths that help people experience wholeness.

First, Jesus restored our relationship with God the Father. His life, death, and resurrection reclaimed us for eternity.

Second, eternity has already begun. Throughout Jesus’ life and ministry, he continued to point people to a better way of life. He not only addressed our salvation, but he spoke into our relationships, mental health, physicality, finances, and more. He taught us that right now – TODAY – there is more to this life. He showed us what Whole Life looks like.

We are imperfect people, but we want to follow Jesus because we know his way is better.

Together, we can pursue a Whole Life.
