We sorted children's clothing, shoes, and toys at Helping Hand-Me Downs (HHMD), a local non-profit that provides gently pre-used children's clothing to families who cannot afford to buy such. We packed summer bags of specific sizes for children and added several books, toys, a stuffed animal, and a long-sleeved jacket. Finally, we put together household item bags for families in need that included paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, plastic trash bags a cleaning product, and a sponge. HHMD was a recipient of this year's Pathfinder Light of St. Louis award.
