    Weekly at the 11:00am service time. (Do not have to attend when child does not attend.)

    Ensure a positive Kids Ministry experience for both special needs children and parents by being a buddy to children who need additional one-on-one assistance during our programming. Be paired with and assist a child with special needs. Attend Kids Ministry programming with the child to meet their individual needs. Skills: A heart for special needs families.   • Small Group Leader

    2–4 Sundays per month during 9am or 10:45am services.

    Connect with a group of 6–10 children each week. Sit together for the Large Group time and help students engage in the teaching time. Facilitate the Small Group lesson activities to help them apply the Bible truth to their lives. Skills: A heart for leading kids to a relationship with Jesus. Fun, approachable, and friendly.   • Nursery Caregiver

    Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options

    Meet children’s physical needs by changing diapers as needed, serving snacks, and bottle feeding, as needed. Meet children’s emotional needs by comforting and playing. Meet children’s spiritual needs by sharing God’s love freely and with enthusiasm! Skills: A love of babies and toddlers! Perk: A super fast, fun, and easy way to serve kids and their families.

  • Check-In Attendant

    Flexible; varying from 1–4 Sundays per month

    Welcome families with a warm greeting and assist in checking in their children into Kids Ministry. Help new families register their child. Answer Kids Ministry questions or offer assistance. Troubleshoot computer issues or contact staff for assistance. Skills: Approachable and friendly attitude. Minimal computer software and hardware knowledge needed, if at computer station. Perk:You directly impact families and kids in a positive and welcoming manner!

  • Worship Leader

    Up to 2 weekends each month

    Responsible for leading worship songs during both Sunday worship experiences. Requires learning choreography and song lyrics prior to performing them and leading the group from the stage. Skills: Age range is 6th grade–adult. Comfortable leading and performing in front of a large group. Willingness to sing, dance, and act on stage. Should be comfortable talking with kids, being silly, and wearing creative costumes. Must be outgoing and approachable and open to working in a team setting.

  • Stage Technician

    Up to 2 weekends each month

    Responsible for the execution of the technical aspects of a Pathfinder Kids worship production during both Sunday worship experiences. Opportunities to run tech for our once-a-month 4th & 5th grade Friday Frenzie events—includes operating the stage lighting, soundboard, and
    audio/visual media. Skills:
    Age range is 6th grade–adult. Knowledge or the willingness to learn to use the light board, sound board, and audio/visual equipment (ProPresenter) Must be approachable, friendly, and open to work in a team setting.

  • Actor

    Up to 2 weekends each month

    Host, Storyteller, or Communicator. Responsible for welcoming and engaging the audience with fun participatory games and leading the Bible lesson/skit during both Sunday worship experiences. Requires memorizing lines from a script and performing the story lesson with other actors or volunteers on stage. Skills: Comfortable acting and playing the part of different characters in front of a large group. Willingness to memorize lines and act on stage. Should be comfortable talking with kids, being silly, and wearing creative costumes. Must be outgoing, approachable, and open to working in a team setting.

  • Photographer

    1-4 sessions per month (days may vary)

    Capture the active life at Pathfinder Church during worship and events! Skills: Use creativity and technical skills to capture those moments. Understand the fundamentals and principles of photography, such as framing the shot and use of lighting. Able to use equipment efficiently or willingness to learn. Having your own equipment is a plus, but not required. Perk: Great opportunity to practice your skills, build your photography portfolio, see your photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials!   • Transcriber

    Once a week

    Do you type fast? Want a fun and unique opportunity to practice? We are searching for transcriptionists to volunteer on the Marketing and Creative team! Primary responsibility is transcribing the weekend message. These transcriptions will be available on our website as an additional resource for guests to use to dive deeper into the message.

    Responsibilities: Completing transcriptions in a timely manner (needed every Monday by noon) and reviewing drafts for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, as well as other inconsistencies. Communicating with leader when there are issues.

    Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. A good typing speed. Excellent listening and reading skills. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. The ability to focus for long periods of time. Love Pathfinder messages.

  • Google AdWords Specialist

    1-2 Monthly Check-ins, Remote Opportunity

    We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Specialist to run Google Adwords PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.) We are the recipient of a Google Grant and want to ensure we are maximizing the entire grant award each month.
