    Do you type fast? Want a fun and unique opportunity to practice? We are searching for transcriptionists to volunteer on the Marketing and Creative team! Primary responsibility is transcribing the weekend message. These transcriptions will be available on our website as an additional resource for guests to use to dive deeper into the message.

    Responsibilities: Completing transcriptions in a timely manner (needed every Monday by noon) and reviewing drafts for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, as well as other inconsistencies. Communicating with leader when there are issues.

    Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. A good typing speed. Excellent listening and reading skills. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. The ability to focus for long periods of time. Love Pathfinder messages.

  • Google AdWords Specialist

    1-2 Monthly Check-ins, Remote Opportunity

    We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Specialist to run Google Adwords PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.) We are the recipient of a Google Grant and want to ensure we are maximizing the entire grant award each month.

  • Lighting Technician

    2–3 weekends per month and special events, as preferred

    Operate the lighting console during service. Follow the flow of the service and songs, firing cues at the appropriate times. Skills: No experience is necessary, we’ll provide training specific to your role.   • Media Technician

    2–3 weekends per month and special events, as preferred

    Operate the presentation of media for the service. Follow the flow of the service and songs, advancing graphics, lyrics, and text slides at the appropriate times. Skills: No experience is necessary, we’ll provide training specific to your role.   • Videographer

    Most weekends and special events, as preferred

    Capture video of weekend worship and other special events for use in social media, marketing, and other produced videos. Skills: Experience capturing video in varying conditions.   • Broadcast Video Technician

    2–3 weekends per month and special events, as preferred

    Operate the video switcher for the broadcast feed. Follow the instructions of the Video Director. Operate the live stream encoders. Monitor and maintain the quality of the live stream service. Skills: Maintain focus and attention to detail in complex systems. Ability to follow direction and multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment. Perk: We have shirts, snacks, and fun team activities!

  • Video Director

    2–3 weekends per month and special events, as preferred

    Manage the content viewed on-screen, making sure all aspects of the service are captured for both in-Sanctuary and broadcast video. Direct the Video Technician, Broadcast Video Technician, and Camera Operators. Skills: Maintain focus and multitask throughout service in a fast-paced and changing environment. Leadership abilities to direct systems and people. A desire to learn and develop techniques for directing, composition, framing, movement, and transitions of live video production. Perk: We have shirts, snacks, and fun team activities!

  • Video Technician

  • Camera Operator

    2–3 weekends per month and special events, as preferred

    Using a video camera, you will capture live worship for over an audience of over 1000 viewers each weekend, in house and online. Skills: No experience is necessary! Be attentive throughout service, taking direction from the Video Director. We’ll provide any needed training and guidance. Perk: We have shirts, snacks, and fun team activities!

  • Photographer

    1-4 sessions per month (days may vary)

    Capture the active life at Pathfinder Church during worship and events! Skills: Use creativity and technical skills to capture those moments. Understand the fundamentals and principles of photography, such as framing the shot and use of lighting. Able to use equipment efficiently or willingness to learn. Having your own equipment is a plus, but not required. Perk: Great opportunity to practice your skills, build your photography portfolio, see your photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials!
