  • Kids Ministry Stage – Large Group Leader

    Once a month

    Are you a good communicator?  Do you enjoy being upfront, acting in skits, leading games, or presenting the Bible in a fun, engaging way? Then Kids Ministry Large Group Leader is the job for you!  We provide instructions, scripts, props and supplies. Skills: Comfortable being on stage and leading activities. Should be comfortable talking with kids, being silly, and wearing creative costumes. Must be outgoing, approachable, engaging and open to working in a team setting. Perk: A super fun team and snacks!

  • Production Team Member

    Flexible, 1-3 Weekends Per Month

    Help create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. Operate cameras, lights, and screens to support the worship experience presented on stage. No experience required, any necessary training will be provided.

  • Photographer

    1-4 sessions per month (days may vary)

    Capture the active life at Pathfinder Church during worship and events! Skills: Use creativity and technical skills to capture those moments. Understand the fundamentals and principles of photography, such as framing the shot and use of lighting. Able to use equipment efficiently or willingness to learn. Having your own equipment is a plus, but not required. Perk: Great opportunity to practice your skills, build your photography portfolio, see your photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials! Plus a free shirt!

  • Worship Hospitality Provider

    5 times per year

    Support the worship teams by coordinating and preparing food for weekend worship volunteers. Volunteer as a greeter at worship events.

  • Weekend Hospitality Team

    Twice a month or more!

    Hospitality is an opportunity to make sure every person to come onto our campus feels seen and known, whether it’s their first time, or 150th Being a part of our hospitality team puts you in the unique position to offer the highest level of welcome so people’s hearts are ready to worship as they enter our church.  The team can help with seating, dismissal and offering during COVID, and helps our community find what they are looking for whether it’s answers to questions by staff or finding physical spaces.  Our hospitality team is a fun, vital group that loves Jesus, people and our church!

  • Vocalist or Instrumentalist

    1–2 weekends a month

    Serve on the platform for weekend services playing or singing music. Skills: Being musical is important. More specifically playing guitar, bass, drum set, electric guitar, keys or piano. If you can’t do any of those, but you (and others) call yourself a singer…this may be the right fit!

  • Event Setup Assistant

    As help is needed

    Help Jon and Pua set up for various student ministry events throughout the school year. Could include moving furniture, decorating, setting up food, clearing rooms, construction, etc.

  • CORE mentor

    Weekly

    Attend CORE weekly at 10:45am and lead small group discussion for middle school students with another adult or high school student. Curriculum and small group topics/questions provided. Skills: Interest in guiding/helping middle school students. Follower of Jesus. Willing to sign Leadership Affirmation. Perk: You’re gonna have way more fun than you realize.

  • CORE Greeter

    Once a month

    Greet and welcome students from 10:15-10:50am on Sunday mornings before CORE. Help new students sign-in and get connected to an adult mentor. Skills: Punctual and Friendly.
