Pathfinder Pop-Ups allows our community to take ownership of small outings where people can connect over a shared hobby or activity.  If you are interested in leading a pop-up fill out the application below and we will contact you to gather more information! Pop-Up applications must be submitted and confirmed at least six weeks before the preferred event date.

Pop-Up Leader Responsibilities

  1. Sign our Pathfinder leadership affirmation,
  2. Conduct yourself as a representative of Pathfinder Church during every step of the Pop Up event,
  3. Receive confirmation e-mails from those who sign up,
  4. Communicate with the individuals once to welcome them to the pop-up and once to confirm details at least 24 hours before,
  5. Arrive at the pop-up destination before the designated time to welcome the participants,
  6. Let Tara ([email protected]) know at least 24 hours before the event if you are unable to lead the pop-up for any reason.
