In this series we will look at Jesus’ own reputation and identity. It is natural for people to remake Jesus in their own image. They assume Jesus would have voted for their preferred candidate, been more forgiving of their own sins, or embodied their own ideal for humanity. Conversely, some people think Jesus would not have liked them very much, and they base their impressions of Jesus off of their hurtful interactions with Christians. Let’s let Jesus speak for himself.
