This self-defense class will teach you how to defend yourself using leverage to maximize mechanical advantage in a multitude of scenarios, both standing and on the ground. The class touched on the mental aspect of self-defense, including situational awareness and mindfulness.
This class requires moderate physicality. This class also requires close physical contact with your instructor; participants may be approached from behind, and held securely while on the ground or standing as part of training.
