Five Opportunities
Kids Ministry
Our Kids Min program is known for its creative, dynamic, and relationship-driven children’s ministry. You will be a part of our team, assisting our staff in preparing and implementing programming for Sundays, Special Needs Ministry, and family events, including Summer Blast (formerly VBS). You can take our ministry to the next level by observing, researching, and proposing improvements in our programming. You will develop skills in leadership, large event planning, and relationship building.
(28 hours per week)
Student Ministry
Help us pass on the faith to the next generation! As the Student Ministry intern, you will help disciple our students in Core (6th-8th) and Summit (9th-12th). You will plan and lead talks, small group discussions, games, and weekly activities. You will help plan and lead our After Party and Mission Trips. Additionally, you’ll own the planning and implementation of weekly summer fellowship activities and a college-age/young adult Bible study. You’ll get to work with a great student ministry team passionate about reaching our students and their friends!
(40 hours per week)
Worship Music Ministry
You will gain invaluable experience in crafting service plans, preparing unique service elements, and fostering impactful music. Working directly with both professional and volunteer musicians, you will coordinate and lead our teams. From inception to detailed execution, you will learn how to develop a one-of-a-kind Worship experience. You may also be given opportunities to co-write Worship arrangements, organize community Worship events, and mentor new student musicians.
(28 hours per week)
Tech Ministry
You will assist in tech production for worship services, growing your skills in lighting, slides, audio, and more. You will also assist in tech production for various summer events and initiatives that extend beyond Pathfinder and into our community. You will play a key role in creating a team event for our tech volunteers and in designing a tech to fit the needs of our Student Ministry space.
(28 hours per week)
Creative Team
Looking to pursue a career in creative marketing and design? Learn and work alongside our Brand, Marketing, and Creative Team by experiencing the many facets of working in a creative department. Learn about content creation, copywriting, and how to engage our community’s various audiences while also learning and developing real-world design practices and skills. Candidates will ideally be creatively minded and pursuing a degree in design, communications, or a related field.
(28 hours per week)

Primarily for you and God. Secondarily, with our staff, your internship cohort, your specific ministry team, your mentor, and your developing relationships with the volunteers and people we serve.
