Reservations are needed for general seating, which is limited for each service. We ask you to use the reservation system to allow our staff and volunteers to properly prepare each service, and for you to plan the day for your family!

Christmas At Pathfinder

Join us for Christmas at Pathfinder, an interactive Christmas experience for the whole family, filled with wonder and awe! Enjoy the comfort of nostalgia as we journey through the Christmas story and swell with anticipation as we look towards what is yet to come.

Invite family and friends to join you at this spectacular celebration, filled with familiar Christmas songs, treats, and fun photo opportunities. Choose from a list of services taking place December 23, 24, & 25. We encourage you to also invite family from across the nation to join us online!

Reservations will allow your family to plan for your day, in order to accommodate the most guests. All services are the same, excluding the 11pm reflective service and the Christmas morning service. We can’t wait to celebrate the birth of Jesus with you!

Christmas at Pathfinder is for the whole family. Pathfinder Kids will not be available during these services.

Advent Midweek Services

Wednesdays from November 29 – December 20, you can attend 30-40 minute services that allow time for us to experience the anticipation of the Advent season as we await the coming of Jesus. Join us for worship on Wednesdays at 7pm in the Sanctuary.

Advent By Candlelight – Sunday, Dec. 3

Advent by Candlelight was an evening for women to connect with each other while enjoying drinks, light appetizers, dessert, and a beautifully decorated space. Plan to join us in 2023. It is a perfect event to invite a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member to enjoy a peaceful evening together.

The Christmas Experience – Dec. 8-9, 15-16

Pathfinder created a way for St. Louis families to enjoy the warmth of the season by offering a drive-through Christmas experience on our campus. Over the course of two weekends, roughly 5,680 people drove through the Pathfinder Church campus along a pathway of spectacular lights synchronized to music, Christmas-themed inflatables, Christmas characters, and a live expression of the nativity.

Why do we need to make reservations?

Everyone is welcome at Pathfinder Church, however, our sanctuary can only comfortably hold so many people!

Reservations:

Ensure spacing and comfort across available services for all attendees. If 2,000 individuals arrived for a single service, it would be a bit tight, and we would be unable to seat everyone.
Allow you to make Christmas plans without wondering if there will be enough room to attend Christmas Services.

Note: Seats are not assigned; it is open seating. A limited number of reservations (850) are available for each service. We will not turn away any guests (even if you do not have a reservation–we want to celebrate Christmas with you!). We gladly welcome and do our best to accommodate anyone who visits Pathfinder Church.

How do I reserve my seat?

To reserve seats:

As noted above, reservations help us comfortably plan for the day and reduce the possibility of reaching maximum capacity. If we filled every seat, we would need to arrange for spaces to attend outside of the Sanctuary.

Also, If your plans change and you no longer need your reserved seats or need to change your reservation, please contact our reception desk at 636-779-2300 to update or cancel your reservation. Pathfinder would like to accommodate everyone who wants to worship with us at Christmas; having an accurate reservation count helps us to do that.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the start of services.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking, and all of our buildings are handicap accessible.

What do I wear?

Don’t stress over what to wear! Whether you prefer casual dress or you like to wear your Sunday best…we just want you to be comfortable. It’s not unusual to see the whole spectrum at any service.

What's a Christmas service experience like?

Each worship service lasts around 60 minutes and includes singing, special creative elements, prayer, an engaging message with real-life illustrations and challenges, and a time for offering. You can browse our message archives or watch a service live on Sunday to get an idea of what normal weekend services are like.

What if I’m nervous about going to church?

If you’re like a lot of people, you may be hesitant to walk through the doors of a church. We get it! You can check us out by live streaming services at 9:00am CT on Sunday mornings. Have a question? Contact us, and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
